Returns.

We want you to love your swimwear as much as we do. That’s why if you aren’t 100% satisfied when your order arrives you can email us at hello@highsees.com.au to request a return.


Returns Terms & Conditions

·       All returns must be received within 30 days of original dispatch date, no exceptions.

·       Returns will only be accepted for items that are unworn and unwashed. Items must be free from any indications of wear including but not limited to odour, pet hair, antiperspirant, makeup, etc. Swimwear should be tried on over underwear, and returns displaying signs of wear will be rejected for hygienic reasons.

·       Items must be returned in the original condition including bag, and all garment tags must still be attached. Items returned without this are not eligible for return.

·       Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of faulty products, high sees will send out a prepaid postal satchel for you to return the item.

·       Please keep a copy of your return tracking number for your records.

·       A $10 processing and administration fee will be deducted for any change of mind returns.

·       high sees does not accept change of mind returns on sale items.

 

Returns process:

·       Reach out to us via email at hello@highsees.com.au to discuss the eligibility of your order for return.

·       Ensure that the items are in their original condition including bag. Any and all garment tags must still be attached.

·       Pack the items into a postal satchel and include;

    • A copy of your proof of purchase.

    • Your name (matching the one used when placing your order), address, phone number, and email address

    • Reason for return.

·       Upon receipt, high sees will process your refund or exchange via your original payment method. Please allow 7-14 working days for this process. Note that a $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

·       For faulty items, please contact us at hello@highsees.com.au for further assistance.

Excluded from our returns policy:

  • Pilling of the fabric caused by user-wear is not covered under our returns policy. Rocks and rough surfaces may cause pilling of the silky swimsuit fabric so please take care on such surfaces. 

  • Broken stitching due to user-wear is not covered under our returns policy. Please take care not to over-stretch suits when dressing / undressing as stitching can break, as with any garment. 

  • Disconnected or broken zips as a result of over-extension and user-wear are not covered under our returns policy. Please take care not to over extend zips as the plastic teeth may snap.

  • Trapped sand between layers of fabric, caused by user-wear is not covered under our returns policy. Due to the tight weave of the fabric used for our suits (this tight weave is needed to block 98% of UVA/UVB rays), sand may become trapped between the layers of fabric; once the suit is dry this sand can be shaken or gently scratched out of the suit. 

  • Mould or other marks caused due to user-wear are not covered under our returns policy. Please refer to our care guide to ensure swimsuits are properly cared for and never left sitting damp.
